"Arctic telescope", "luminous", "teal", "killing poseidon" - das sind die Titel auf Seite a der neuen Langspielplatte des Wiener Trios "deepseafish". Diese Tiefseefische, das sind die drei Pianistinnen Judith Unterpertinger, Katharina Klement und Manon Liu Winter, die seit einigen Jahren gemeinsam improvisieren. Das Klavier ist zwar auch vertreten, doch nicht nur. Ihr Instrumentarium ist reichhaltig. Neben Tasteninstrumenten wie Toy Piano oder Clavichord, kommen auch dem Klavierinnenraum verwandte originale und selbstentworfene Klangkörper zum Einsatz: Judith Unterpertingers "piano guts", Hackbrett und Zither. Aber auch die Elektronik kommt nicht zu kurz. - Eine Reise auf hoher See.
