- ORF Television Programme Service GmbH with its registered office in Vienna; object of the company: Organisation of an information and cultural special interest programme pursuant to § 4c ORF Act as well as the operation of a corresponding online service and teletext.
- ORF Online und Teletext GmbH & Co KG with its registered office in Vienna; object of the company: in particular, production of a public national and international information, entertainment, and service offer for digital distribution.
- ORF Marketing & Creation GmbH & Co KG, with its registered office in Vienna; object of the company: in particular, the production and distribution of print products and media pieces which primarily serve to provide information about programmes and broadcasting content.
Basic direction of the ORF's online offer: fulfilment of the mandate pursuant to § 3 para. 5 no. 2 in conjunction with § 18 ORF Act.
