North-South Exchange: Sustainable Development

My name is Crislin Lind and I am 27 years old Estonian. I am a Project Assistant working through Manpower Group in Finland.
I have been living in Finland since the beginning of 2018.
There are a lot of people in Finland who hold a degree but cannot find a job due to the competitive market.
There are so many people in underdeveloped countries, who would appreciate getting the chance to learn the research that we have done in Finland.
I want to create a chance for a North-South exchange, where underdeveloped nations learn Sustainable Development from Finland. By spending time learning the research that the degree holders did and together implementing the research in underdeveloped countries, we are one step closer to a more balanced and sustainable world.
