Declaration of rights

By sending the file, ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation) is granted the non-exclusive exploitation rights for use within the radio OE1 platform, including the right to edit and reproduce excerpts free of charge. Assignment of the rights granted to third parties is not permitted.
The sender or producer of the production assures ORF that he/she is entitled to dispose of all rights granted to ORF and that the work provided is free of third-party rights and that the persons depicted agree to the broadcast and other publication.
ORF is not liable for claims arising from this granting of rights.
