Carla Bley, die ihre Band von der Orgel aus leitete, hatten ihren Partnern die Solisten-Rollen auf den musikalischen Leib geschneidert, das Publikum feierte die Musiker und ihre Bandleaderin enthusiastisch. Eine musikalische Feierstunde, nun auf LP nachhörbar.
